Boise, ID (PRWEB) July 19, 2011

FrogBox, an eco-friendly moving box supply company, will be holding its official launch at Zoo Boise, Tuesday, July 26th from 8:30 am until 10:30 am. The Boise Chamber of Commerce will be participating in the official ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:00 am. Maryanne Jordan, President of the Boise City Council, and Bill Connors, President and CEO of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, will be in attendance to congratulate the newest addition in the Boise business community.

The launch event will kick off with a continental breakfast and ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a short presentation by Steve Burns, director of Zoo Boise, about the rapidly decreasing habitat of frogs and other species and the overall threat to the ecosystem. Mr. Burns will also formally accept FrogBox Boise’s pledge of 1% of their gross revenues to benefit Zoo Boise and habitat restoration. Additionally, FrogBox is planning on having multiple fun green giveaways for many in attendance.

“We are so excited to be launching FrogBox in coordination with the Zoo Boise and the Boise Chamber of Commerce. I am thrilled to be a part of the next generation of eco-friendly businesses that will contribute to the overall well being of Boise and its residents,” says Sarah Artis, FrogBox Boise General Manager.

Artis, who spent over 18 years as an Idaho Area Manager for Dale Carnegie Training believes the opportunity with FrogBox is the perfect fit for her. “I’ve channeled my career helping people achieve their dreams,” states Artis. “With FrogBox, I am once again helping people solve their problems, this time as it relates to moving, and achieve their dreams while also greatly reducing the impact that moving can have on the environment.”

“In addition, it thrills me that 1% of FrogBox Boise’s gross revenues will go directly to the Zoo Boise. To be a contributing part of this amazing community where I was born and raised just feels right. I would like to invite anyone interested in attending our launch event to join us.”

About FrogBox
FrogBox was created to fill a need for a convenient, cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to using cardboard boxes for moving. Instead of buying one-time-use cardboard boxes, people rent the plastic Frogboxes, in reptile green, which are delivered and picked up by a fleet of biodiesel trucks. Cardboard boxes and paper products are a huge burden on landfills, comprising roughly 20-25% of all landfill material. FrogBox produces very little waste. FrogBox’s purpose is to make every move as easy and affordable as possible while minimizing the impact on the environment. FrogBox provides eco-friendly reusable moving boxes and other moving supplies. Information on the company can be found on the Internet at https://www.frogbox.com/boise.
